Payout Details:
To receive the payout you must submit applications within the qualification period and policies must be issued within 30 days of the signature dates. Each month is counted separately.

*Starting April 2022, the 5 application minimum will apply in these states.
Other Details:
Application signature date must be within the qualification period. Payouts will be processed within 45 days following the end of the calendar month in which the application is signed. Payout will be charged back if a qualifying application is not taken after issue. Agent must be properly licensed and appointed as required in the issuing state and must be in good standing with the Prosperity Life Group member companies during the incentive period and at the time of the award.
