What’s Next?

UnitedHealthcare will continue to work with the state of New Jersey. Keep checking your email for updates. When new 2021 rates for New Jersey are approved, UnitedHealthcare will communicate the changes and effective dates.

Member Communication

Until 2021 rates are approved, members will be mailed a letter each month regarding continued payment of their 2020 premium rate. Coupon books will be included with the mailing, and members with an Electronic Funds Transfer account will see the premium withdrawal noted in the letter.

When 2021 rates are approved, members will receive a new annual billing letter which will display their new 2021 premium rates.
