Pinnacle Financial Services provides the tools, technology, and training you need to continue to continue your business. Remote business practices are now needed as you manage your continued sales efforts through these changes times.

  • Connect4MedicarePinnacle’s all in one quote, compare and enrollment center for Medicare Advantage, Part D and Medicare Supplement Plans.
  • CSG- For Medicare Supplement Enrollment
  • IGO: Quote, compare and sell final expense, term life, universal life, and index universal life electronically.
  • Annuity Sales: E-Application with remote appointment setting.

According to Senior Annuity Sales director Josh Horton: “Many of our Life and Annuity lead companies have pivoted to the changing environment as well. Pre-set appointments have gone to Zoom or GoToMeeting. Mailers have been amended to include “no face-to-face meeting necessary”. Even our Annuity Seminars have continued remotely. “

During these unprecedented times, the government is taking steps to help individuals and businesses across the country.

“The COVID-19 crisis continues to effect everyone, including the way they make a living. Here in Pennsylvania, Governor Wolf has increased stay-at-home warnings which can include up to  “loss of license” for agents who attempt to work in the field. The bottom line for insurance agents, as with the rest of the community, is to stay home. Fortunately, there are still ways to help your clients and complete enrollments. Most carriers have instituted new policies and procedures to allow for sales to be completed over the phone from beginning to end.” says Jeff Palo Senior Director of Medicare sales at Pinnacle.

A new resource that has recently passed is the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. The CARES Act provides approximately $2 trillion in emergency health care and economic relief as the country battles the COVID-19 virus.

The CARES Act includes provisions intended to aid many small businesses such as all of the insurance agents and agencies across the country.

For details on the CARES Act please visit:

SBA.gov

We encourage you to review the provisions of the CARES Act to determine whether seeking such aid may benefit you or your small business.

Remember, the remote selling and e-app methods from Pinnacle Financial adhere to recommended social distancing guidelines.

Our Main business hours continue to remain 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
