2022 MA/MAPD and PDP highlights

We’re offering even more products in 2022!

This AEP, our Aetna MA/MAPD footprint will reach 85.1% of Medicare eligibles across the country.** We’ll have:

• An MA-only plan option is available in 41 states, we’re adding plans in 14 new states
• A Dual-Special Needs Plan (DSNP) option is available in 27 states, we’re adding plans in 4 new states

Plus, over 1.9M Individual Aetna Medicare Members will have access to both embedded dental and vision benefits in 2022.

2022 SilverScript PDPs= low premiums, $0 deductibles, robust formulary coverage, and national pharmacy access

• SilverScript® SmartRx will be, on average, under $7 in 2022

• SilverScript Plus will offer a $0 deductible and $0 copays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs (for a 90-day supply), along with $35 copays for select insulins and an expanded formulary

• SilverScript Choice will continue to be a great fit for low-income clients receiving Extra Help

Let members know: Aetna’s secure member website will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 after August 17

Effective August 17, the secure Aetna Member website will no longer support the Internet Explorer (IE) 11 browser. If members try to use IE 11, they’ll receive a pop-up message letting them know their browser is no longer supported and they’ll be encouraged to switch to an Edge or Chrome browser instead. If members continue to use IE 11 after August 17, they may not have access to new features or site enhancements.

Update your Producer World profile with all the languages you are fluent in

Sometimes, beneficiaries ask us to connect them with an agent who speaks a certain language. If your profile is up-to-date and you speak a beneficiary’s preferred language, we may share your information with them so that they can work with you.

To update the languages listed in your profile: Log in to Producer World and select “Personal/firm profile” on the left-hand side of the screen. Then, click on the “languages” tab and follow the prompts.
