Top 4 Combo Agents

The Top 4 producing agents with the most combo applications will win. A combo application is a fully-underwritten medicare sup­plement plan combined with a super-preferred Patriot Series Final Expense plan. This contest is based on total combo apps, not annualized premiums.

Minimum Qualification = 6 combo apps

Top 2 Final Expense Agents

The Top 2 producing agents with the most final expense annualized premium will win. Qualifying final expense premium includes premiums written on super-preferred, preferred, standard, and modified plans.

Minimum Qualification = 15,000 Annualized Premium

Top 2 Medicare Supplement Agents

The Top 2 producing agents with the most fully underwritten medicare supplement annualized premium will win. OE/GI will not count towards the qualifying premium.
