AEP Reminders: Enroll in Ascend Today!

The 2023 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is coming to an end. We want to ensure you are getting the most from the Ascend Enrollment Platform. Using Ascend provides many advantages, including the ability to compare 2023 plans side-by-side, view benefit details, search for providers, pharmacies, drugs, and send Quick Quotes!

In the last few days of AEP, be sure to check the following:

• Resend your quick quotes to those potential enrollees. Please reference Ascend QuickQuote for additional details.
• Review your Send for Signature applications in your Ascend portal for those that have not yet been completed. Reach out for reminders to complete their applications or resend the application for completion. Please reference Ascend Send for Signature App for additional details.
• Complete any partial applications.

Reminder! Wellcare has recently INCREASED the payment incentive on 2023 AEP Value Based Enrollments (VBE) for Health Risk Assessment (HRA) completions. Complete your applications and your VBE’s today!
