Starting TODAY you can complete the 2023 certification for Aetna MA/MAPD and SilverScript PDP products at AetnaMedicareProducerCertification.com.
What’s new?
This year, there are two certification options to choose from. One includes AHIP and the other includes Aetna/SilverScript-only training. Learn more

Ready-to-sell email notifications are discontinued
Starting today, ready-to-sell email notifications are discontinued. Instead, you can now check your ready-to-sell status using a new interactive tool on Producer World.
The new interface shows individual agents and agency principals their ready-to-sell status by product, state, and year. It shows whether you’re ready to sell Aetna MA/MAPD and SilverScript PDP products and where. Click here to check out the tool.
Update: CMS memo clarifies that the COVID-19 pandemic does not qualify for the disaster SEP
On June 22, 2022, CMS issued a memo titled “Clarification of the Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for Government Entity-Declared Disaster or Other Emergency.” The memo clarified that the COVID-19 pandemic does not currently qualify for the SEP for Government Entity-Declared Disaster or Other Emergency (disaster SEP); however, it does qualify for the Exceptional Circumstances SEP. Here’s what you need to know.
