Educate prospects about their options with our 2021 Medicare 101 presentation

The new Medicare 101 presentation is now available. It’s been updated for 2021 and now reviews both Social Security and Medicare —and how they work together— to give your clients a full picture of their retirement benefits. You can use this presentation to educate beneficiaries at educational events to help explain their Medicare options. If you only need the Medicare sections, you can start the presentation from slide 12. Coming soon in additional languages: Spanish, Russian, Polish, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.

Enroll your Clients by Phone with RATE

Did you know? You can now enroll your clients in an MA/MAPD plan by phone with the Remote Agent Telephonic Enrollment (RATE) tool. RATE is available through the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app and works with all iOS, Android, and Windows-based devices.

Before using RATE, you must have access to the Ascend app. Next, just complete a short training and quiz. After passing the quiz, you’ll receive a dedicated 1-800 number that you can use to enroll your clients.
