Effective June 1, 2024, we’re decreasing premium rates for the following ancillary plans in North Carolina (for new and existing business):

• Home Care Plus (50% rate decrease)
• Hospital Indemnity Flex (50% rate decrease)
• Recovery Care (50% rate decrease)

Policies with an effective date on or after June 1, 2024, will receive the new rate. Existing policyholders will receive the rate decrease on their next premium due date after June 1.

We’re updating the rate sheets and outlines of coverage for these plans and will let you know when they become available. In the meantime, you can use our Quotes on the Go app or Aetna Quote & Enroll to view the new rates.
