Remember to submit your customers’ HRAs by December 21

Even though AEP has come to a close, we want to remind you that you still have time to facilitate and submit health risk assessments (HRAs) for your customers.

Agents have until December 21, 2022, to submit the HRA for any customer applications taken from October 1 – December 7 of 2022.

Don’t miss out on Cigna’s amazing HRA incentives! For your 2023 effective, you can earn $125 when you enroll your Cigna Medicare Advantage customers in an eligible Medicare D-SNP or C-SNP plan and facilitate an HRA with Cigna’s Value-Based Enrollment initiative. 

In addition to receiving increased payments of $125 for enrollments with HRAs in our eligible plans, you will also be able to earn $75 for each HRA that you facilitate with your other Cigna Medicare Advantage customers. Facilitating an HRA is also a great way to obtain referrals and leads for the upcoming Medicare open enrollment period (OEP). Reminder: Outside of AEP, agents must complete the HRA with the customer, and submit the completed HRA within the HRA tool within 10 calendar days of the member’s application sign date to ensure a positive customer experience. As a best practice, make sure to confirm the date and time of your next appointment with your customer prior to reaching out again.
