New Text Message Outreach for PDP Members to Help Resolve RFI Applications
As previously communicated, Wellcare utilizes automated conversational text messages in order to communicate with our Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) members. Members with a mobile number on file may be receiving the welcome message as well as other periodic text messages from the sender, “Jen at Wellcare.“
Heading Text 3. In addition to the previous messages sent to PDP members, a new Request for Information (RFI) campaign will launch this week. Details about this campaign are listed below.
Request for Information (RFI) Texts
An RFI campaign will begin this week and run through Dec. 2023. This targeted campaign will include one text message per week from “Jen” to applicants in RFI status in an attempt to obtain missing application information. There will be a transfer option available to the RFI team to complete the application. Applicants who provide the missing information will be removed from future outreach.
Text Message Examples:
- “Hi [FirstName], it’s Jen from Wellcare. Someone may have called you regarding your prescription drug plan enrollment application request. We still need some of your information to complete it. To finalize your application, when are you available for a call?” Text STOP to cancel.
- “Hi [FirstName], this is Jen from Wellcare again. We tried reaching you last week – some information is still missing to complete your enrollment application request. When are you available for a call to finish your request?” Text STOP to cancel.
- “Hi [FirstName], Jen from Wellcare reaching out one last time! Don’t let any missing information stop you from completing your enrollment application request for the prescription drug plan. When can we call you to finish your application?” Text STOP to cancel.
