UnitedHealthcare | Non-Resident Appointment Fee Changes for 2021 Products

September 21, 2020

As a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Sales Agent, we appreciate your business. As noted in your Agent Guide, you may be required to pay fees for non-resident state appointments. If you have any new non-resident appointments or existing non-resident license and appointments in one of the following states, you will see an appointment fee (see chart below) on your September or October statement:

  • Alabama
  • Delaware
  • Kansas
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • North Dakota
  • New Hampshire
  • New Jersey
  • Nevada
  • Pennsylvania

New Appointment Fees

As a reminder, appointments are done by the state/plan profile. An agent must carry all of the appointments available for that state to be eligible to sell in that state. Please confirm your state appointment profile on Jarvis prior to selling. If there are any changes please notify your manager.
