Change in Submitting Commissions Questions
We’re following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) for social distancing, and Cigna’s Medicare Advantage teams are working remotely when possible to practice social distancing in efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19.
Due to this, we ask that you direct questions regarding commissions to firstname.lastname@example.org, rather than calling the regular commissions telephone number.
Communicating via email will allow our staff to respond to your needs more quickly from their remote locations, as they are not physically in the office to receive phone calls. We ask that you allow us up to 48 hours to return your message.
For regular questions that are not related to commissions, you can also contact the Cigna Agent Resource Line (CARL) for help Monday – Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST by calling 1 (866) 442-7516 or via email at CARL@Cigna.com.
