The new online provider directory offers a responsive design, giving customers who are searching through a mobile device a better experience. In addition, we’ve made the navigation more user friendly by including a few of your most commonly requested enhancements to the provider search tool:

• Search based on customer address rather than just state and county
• Easier navigation and the ability to search for multiple providers for the same customer
• Enhanced map to the provider’s location
• Better options for save and print features within the directory
