New & Updated AEP Facebook Ads

Find new English and Spanish ads and existing ads with new images on Studio

The 2021 SilverScript Plus (PDP) plan offers more coverage at lower premiums than 2020 and includes:

  • $0 deductible on all drug tiers

  • $0 Tier 1 and $2 Tier 2 copays at preferred pharmacies

  • Tier 1 & 2 coverage through the “donut hole”

Check enrollment application status on Producer World

Just log in to Producer World, select the Reports tab and click on Access Reporting. The Pending Application report shows applications being processed. Approved applications appear on the Medicare Book of Business report. Plus, with the NEW Member Application search feature, you can search for applications by member name, application ID, Medicare ID, or member ID.

AEP ends December 7: Guidance and deadlines

On December 7, all Medicare AEP marketing efforts must cease. Please make sure you follow the guidelines below to submit your final AEP enrollments. Here’s what you need to know. 

New: Get the Ascend app on your Android devices

Now, in addition to iOS and Windows devices, you can use the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app on your Android device. How to download it… 

How to Search for in-Network Providers in the Ascend App

  • In the Ascend app, during the enrollment process, you’ll click on the Provider Lookup link.

  • Then, follow prompts to search for providers.

  • Locate the provider’s ID number under their name, copy, and paste it into the enrollment form. It will no longer auto-populate. 

    • If it’s not available, just input the provider’s first and last name.

    • Remember, if you don’t add a PCP for the member, we may assign one.
