AEP: Guidance & Deadlines
We will process applications received through December 7th until 6:00 PM EST
If you cannot get the enrollments to Pinnacle Financial Services by 6:00 PM EST, please send them directly to the carriers.
AEP ends on Tuesday, December 7th. This means that all Medicare AEP marketing efforts must cease on that date. Please follow the guidelines specified below.
- All AEP applications, (with an effective date of January 1, 2022), must be completed, signed, dated, and received by the agent no later than 11:59 PM on December 7th, 2021.
- Agents may not backdate the member signature, date, agent receipt date, or agent signature date.
