There is another great reason to sell AARP® Medicare Select Insurance Plans, insured by UnitedHealthcare® Insurance Company! UnitedHealthcare is expanding the AARP Medicare Select Insurance Plan Network to include AmeriPlus hospitals, which confirms UnitedHealthcare’s commitment to providing broad access to medical care for members and prospects.

This change is effective immediately for current and newly enrolled AARP Medicare Select plan insured members. The addition of AmeriPlus hospitals will increase the AARP Medicare Select plan network by 124 hospitals across 17 states (AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, WA).

Member Communication
Insured members will receive a communication by mid-September which includes a letter about the new hospital additions and explains that insured members can go to www.myAARPMedicare.com to find the most recent list of network hospitals.
